genocide in Rwanda_1

Hotel Rwanda, Shooting dogs…but today I found myself in one of the churches – a smallish house in a village in Rwanda where about 2000 people were slaughtered during a genocide 20 years ago.
Now their skulls are together on shelfs, their bones are on another…so so many of them. You can see their shoes and clothes, still covered in blood. You then go on to a classroom, where kids were killed and there is still the blood mark on the wall…

We were not allowed to také photos there, only from outside…and this is the one, Thecross belonged to one of the people.

And the guide, who is taking you around is a survivor – his family died there…
